Paige Caldwell joins Roma’s Creevey Horrell Lawyers

A Darling Downs solicitor has joined a prominent legal firm in southwest Queensland, and she wants enhance legal services for rural communities and inspire future female leaders.

A Western Downs born lawyer is sticking to her southwest Queensland roots, joining legal firm Creevey Horrell Lawyers in Roma.

Born and raised on a beef grazing property, Paige Caldwell graduated from Bond University with a Bachelor of Laws and Business and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

She was working as a solicitor in Roma prior to joining Creevey Horrell Lawyers.

A passionate contributor to her local community outside of work, Ms Caldwell is also a chairwoman of the Queensland Country Life Showgirl Awards.

“I am looking forward to the challenges and opportunities with the team at Creevey Horrell Lawyers and continuing to provide practical advice and solutions for rural clients and supporting regional communities,” she said in a press release.

“My passion is to assist rural and regional businesses and individuals with local professional services, and as such I am proud to be a lawyer based in Roma.”

Creevey Horrell principal Dan Creevey said Ms Caldwell was a welcome addition to the legal team.

“Paige comes from a rural background having grown up on her family’s beef grazing property at Bell in the Western Downs region, and she is well placed to deliver accessible, high-quality legal services tailored to the needs of rural clients and industries,” Mr Creevey said.

“Her mix of legal expertise and real-world experience allows her to offer advice that is both practical and commercially sound.”

Mr Creevey said Ms Caldwell was a leader in her community inspiring the next generation of female lawyers.

“While Paige will have a strong focus on serving those in the Roma and Chinchilla regions, her role is a key part of the firm’s strategic commitment to expanding legal support throughout regional Queensland,” he said.

“Paige is leading a statewide initiative focused on developing the next generation of female leaders in rural Queensland.

“Her involvement in the awards reflects her strong belief in the importance of leadership, opportunity, and community in regional Australia.”
