WOMEN in Injune, Mitchell and Jackson are set to benefit from a series of free workshops, called Bloomin' Women.

The South West Hospital and Health Service's Regional Adversity Service's halfday programs will be facilitated by Janelle Burns from Restore Natural Health.

Mental Health Service Director Suzanne Parsonage said the workshops are for all women.

"These workshops are for all women who are trying to do all things but feeling burned out, overwhelmed and generally sick of being told there's nothing wrong with them,” she said.

"The workshops will provide participants with advice and coping mechanisms that will serve them in good stead.

"Course facilitator Janelle Burns is a highly experienced naturopath and remedial massage therapist with more than 17 years' experience specialising in women's health and hormonal balance.

"She knows the value of healing and caring for oneself and will be delivering some inspiring messages and common sense advice.”

The workshops are free and will be held at:
