They are Rockhampton Hockey’s awesome foursome who have been in sync on every step of their successful sporting journeys.

Alfred Timms, Eli Landsberg, Jace Harmsworth and Egan Cass started playing together as five-year-olds with Wanderers in the RHA under-7 competition.

Between them, they’ve helped Wanderers claim every premiership since under-12.

They were initially in the same team but were separated for the past four years as the club has entered two teams in each age division.

Wanderers’ stalwart Aaron Harmsworth has keenly watched the talented quartet’s progress, having coached them at both club and representative level.

“The four boys are inseparable at training and every Saturday,” he said.

“They’re mates on and off the field and they have pushed each other to be better players.

“They are great trainers, with a good work ethic and happy to learn.

“They have been like that since they were young, but since joining the seniors squad over the last couple of years and being around the A-grade players regularly, they have gone to another level and deserve every accolade they receive.

“They are fine young men and their parents should be proud.”

Aaron said the four boys made their A-grade debuts in 2024, and also won the A2 men’s title together that year as well.

As Rockhampton representatives, they have won three state titles between indoor and outdoor.

Alfred, Eli, Jace and Egan have also earned state honours along the way, their latest being in the under-16 ranks.

Alfred, Eli and Jace have been named in the Queensland Maroons, with Egan in the Queensland Gold team for the nationals to be played in Adelaide from March 31 to April 7.
