An architecturally-designed home with 180 degree views that span out over the Keppel Islands, Rosslyn Bay Harbour and Yeppoon has sold to Melbourne buyers for $1.1 million.
The property at 33 Bayview Drive, Lammermoor, sold in March through Yeppoon Real Estate.
Sales specialist Lisa Wilson said the property sold before it even hit the market.
“I sold it within a couple of hours,” Ms Wilson said.
She said the property sold to Melbourne buyers.
“They had been living up here for a while in a rental and had been looking for months and months,” she said.
“They came in and had an inspection, I had the contract there, and we sat down and negotiated. It was done that afternoon of the inspection.
“When I put it on the internet as under offer people were still ringing. I was quite smashed on it.”
The home is situated on a 762 sqm block and boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study and four-car garage.
The home also boasts high ceilings in the living, dining and kitchen area, with stone ‘Italia’ benchtops in the ‘chef’s kitchen’ and selected Spotted Gum flooring throughout the home and on the balcony.
Ms Wilson said the ocean views from the architecturally designed home were “absolutely magnificent”.
“Beautiful 180 degree views out to the harbour, Keppel Islands, and looking over Yeppoon,” she said.
“The views were just spectacular.”
