Emergency services are at the scene of a two-car crash on a major road in Rockhampton where both rolled and one was left on its side.

A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the crash occurred about 11.50am, with one car still on its side and one blocking the road.

A QFD spokeswoman said a QFD crew was at the scene on Yaamba Rd, near the Sheehy St intersection, in Norman Gardens.

She said the crew arrived at the crash at noon.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said both drivers had exited their vehicles on their own.

She said one male in his 50s was in a stable condition with a minor hand injury and a woman in her 40s potentially had minor facial injuries.
