Paramedics attend e-scooter incidents in Frenchville and Parkhurst

A man has been seriously injured in one of two e-scooter accidents in Rockhampton overnight.

A man has sustained a serious injury after an accident with an e-scooter on Friday night in Rockhampton’s north.

Paramedics were called to the drama in Frenchville about 7.34pm on the corner of Dean and Housden Streets.

A man in his 30s was taken to Rockhampton Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

On Saturday morning paramedics were called to another e-scooter incident, the second in less than 12 hours.

About 6.57am paramedics were called to Gomersall Rd at Parkhurst after a person fell from an e-scooter.

The patient was taken to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition with an arm and shoulder injury.
