Police probe man’s suspicious death on Western Downs

A man has died in hospital after being found unresponsive at an address in Miles on the Western Downs. Police are investigating.

Police are investigating the suspicious death of a man at Miles in the Western Downs region on Tuesday night.

The 44-year-old local was found unresponsive at a Hawkins St address just after 11pm.

He was transported to Miles Hospital in a critical condition where he was later declared dead.

Investigations are ongoing into the circumstances surrounding his death, which is being treated as suspicious.
