A man was rushed to hospital after he was trapped following a truck rollover on the Bruce Highway in the Fraser Coast region on Thursday night.

A man was rushed to hospital after he was trapped following a truck rollover on the Bruce Highway in the Fraser Coast region on Thursday night.
The crash happened on the Bruce Highway on ramp near Alma St, Maryborough just before 9pm.
On arrival, emergency service crews found the driver of the semi-trailer, a 29-year-old man, trapped in the cab of the truck.
Firefighters worked to extricate him out of the vehicle.
He was taken to the Hervey Bay Hospital in a stable condition.
The Bruce Highway was closed due to the crash, with the outbound lane to Gayndah and the Alice St on ramp closed.
