Man dead, woman seriously injured after motorcycle crash on Western Road at Mount Stanley
A 68-year-old man has died and a 56-year-old woman was flown to hospital with serious injuries after a crash involving a motorcycle with a sidecar west of Brisbane.

A 68-year-old man has died and a 56-year-old woman was flown to hospital with serious injuries after a motorcycle crash west of Brisbane on Saturday morning.
Police said it appeared the motorcycle with a passenger in a sidecar left the road and crashed into a ditch about 11.30am while travelling north on Western Rd at Mt Stanley.
The rider died at the scene and the passenger was flown to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with serious injuries.
Police are asking for anyone who was driving in the area to come forward.
