With the Mackay Sports Foundation releasing its most recent round of travel grants, find out which athletes are set to make a name for themselves in their fields.

The Mackay Sports Foundation unveiled its 21 recipients for the newest round of sports travel grants on Tuesday afternoon.
Mackay Regional Council mayor Greg Williamson was on hand to present the grants to the young athletes who will now have the opportunity to represent Mackay in a wide variety of events.
The foundation contributed $10,900 in round 1 of the grants, with national competitors receiving $500 and international competitors receiving $700.
Applications for the next round of grants are currently open and will close on March 1.
