A rare chance to buy a seaside residential block in Mackay will soon come to market with the subdivision of 1.3ha of prime real estate.
Mackay Regional Council has approved Stephen Paul Cross Trustee’s application to split a parcel of land at 8-14 Pacific Esplanade, Slade Point.
The property is almost directly opposite the Lamberts Beach lookout that is popular for spotting whales during their migration, and only a stone’s throw from the foreshore.

Details include two 900sq m blocks plus another 2182sq m allotment along the esplanade as well as three 805sq m blocks towards the rear of the land that will front Pelican Street.
There is another 6874sq m spare for future development.
