A man has been taken to hospital after coming off his motorcycle in a crash on a main road in Mackay’s south.
Paramedics were called to the Peak Downs Hwy and Nebo Rd in Paget at about 5.45am after a car and motorcycle collided at an intersection.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 60s, was taken to Mackay Base Hospital at 6.20am with leg injuries but was in a stable condition.
The driver of the car was uninjured.
