AN ALLIGATOR Creek family has been left with only the clothes on their backs after their home was engulfed by flames.
Six fire crews were called to the Coleshill Dr home after reports the building was "well involved", with thick smoke coming from the structure at 10.55am on Tuesday.
The family with primary school aged children was not at home when the blaze burnt through their home.
A GoFundMe page has been set up by Peter Keioskie calling for help.
"All their home possessions, beds, clothes, furniture and the home were all consumed by the fire," Mr Keioskie said.
"While they are grateful that the fire occurred during the day when no-one was home and their family is safe with no loss of life, they need and would deeply appreciate any help you can spare."

His appeal for help for the Alligator Creek residents has been echoed by Carlisle Adventist Christian College.
"One of our dearly loved Carlisle families have been devastated by a fire that burnt their home," a Facebook post said.
The GoFundMe page has a target goal of $15,000, but fellow parents are also offering to donate children's clothes, shoes, sheets and lunch boxes.
