Blake, Donoghue, Harrold, Blackburn and Marsh have played for Ipswich together since 2016, before a skilful sharma arrived in 2017, complimenting the team structure.

In 2019, new addition Fraser Mahoney added an extra dimension with his tough tackling and no nonsense approach.

King was next to follow suit, joining forces from a rival club and bringing new skills and trickery which later proved to be the final piece in the jigsaw for the team.

The team are perennial finalists and although the individual accolades like Golden Gloves, MVP’s and Golden Boots would stack a bookshelf full, they are the definition of a team.

A fiercely competitive team protective of each other both on and off the court.
