LJ Hooker Ipswich-Fernvale has bolstered its service offering to the city and surrounds by merging with the team at Boettcher Realty.
The merger represents a return to the fold for Boettcher Realty's Principal, Darren Boettcher, who was formally licensee of LJ Hooker Ipswich between 2001 and 2009.
The merger will operate as LJ Hooker Ipswich-Fernvale, combining the resources of both agencies under LJ Hooker's existing South Street premise.
Mr Boettcher, who is also the Ipswich Zone Chairman of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, said the decision to consolidate operations alongside LJ Hooker Ipswich-Fernvale Principal Andrew Kenman presented the local community with enhanced real estate service.
"LJ Hooker as a national brand has gone ahead significantly in recent years, answering the market's digital appetite and smart marketing solutions for vendors and landlords," said Mr Boettcher.
"Since Andrew re-introduced LJ Hooker to Ipswich and surrounds in 2016 he's established strong relationships throughout the community based on local knowledge, communication and a commitment to finding better results.
"I look forward to working alongside him in this new chapter."
The merger takes effect in December, the start of the summer selling season.
LJ Hooker's Queensland Network Development Manager Aaron Booth welcomed Mr Boettcher back to the network.
