Corey Douglas Whisson charged with 100+ drug supply, trafficking offences in Springfield
A man has been charged with more than 100 drug supply offences, alleged to have occurred over the span of eight months in a suburb west of Brisbane.

A Brisbane man has fronted court accused of trafficking methamphetamine in Springfield over the span of eight months.
Eight Mile Plains resident Corey Douglas Whisson, 31, stands charged with 116 counts of supplying dangerous drugs, and once count each of trafficking dangerous drugs and possessing anything used in the commission of a crime.
Court records reveal the charges relate to the alleged supply and trafficking of methamphetamine.
Mr Whisson was charged in November last year for the offending, alleged to have occurred in Springfield from around June 26, 2021, to February 22, 2022.
Mr Whisson’s matter was briefly mentioned in Ipswich Magistrates Court on May 31, 2023.
He was represented by defence lawyer Rosalie McFarland, who asked that the matter be adjourned for committal mention.
The matter was next scheduled for mention on June 23, and Mr Whisson was allowed to leave after signing bail.
