We’ve said farewell to Santa for another year and now it’s time to let loose and send 2022 on its way as we reveal 17 of the best places to ring in the New Year throughout Ipswich.

Whether you are ready to party well into the early hours of New Year’s Day or your family are wanting to celebrate earlier in the day, there are party spots for everyone in the region.

Below our list includes the best community events, fireworks display as well as pubs and club celebrations on New Year’s Eve.

A little bird also told us that VIP Wildlife and their menagerie of snakes, lizards and other critters might be making an appearance.
