Three Gympie region crashes lands four people in hospital

With an increased amount of traffic on Gympie’s roads last night, paramedics were kept busy with three crashes across the region.

Gympie paramedics took four patients to hospital on Saturday night, after three separate crashes across the region.

One patient was taken to Gympie Hospital in a stable condition after a crash at Bells Bridge.

Paramedics were called to the scene after a two-car crash on the Bruce Highway 9.49pm.

A Queensland Ambulance Spokesperson could not confirm an age, gender or the injuries of the patient taken to hospital.

Two other people involved in the crash did not need transport to hospital.

One patient was taken to Murgon Hospital in a stable condition after a rollover at Goomeri.

Paramedics were called to the scene after reports of a single-car rollover on Wide Bay Highway at 7.17pm.

A Queensland Ambulance Spokesperson could not confirm an age, gender or the injuries of the patient.

Two patients were taken to Gympie Hospital in stable conditions after a crash at Chatsworth.

Paramedics were called to the scene after a two-vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway at 6.24pm.

A Queensland Ambulance Spokesperson could not confirm ages or genders of the patients, but said they both suffered chest pains.
