Roberts Bros unveil plans to open 67-lot subdivision at Pie Creek

The developer behind major projects in Noosa and Gympie has revealed new plans for a subdivision.

Why Wide Bay land sales have hit a 10-year high

One of Gympie’s biggest developers is showing no signs of slowing down with new plans unveiled for a 67-lot subdivision at Pie Creek.

Roberts Bros Holdings has lodged plans to slice a 40ha block at Zerner Rd into more than five dozen pieces, ranging from 4000m sq to 18,800m sq.

The land, about 6.5km southwest of the city, is owned by Rigby Station Pty Ltd.

Rigby Station bought the block for $930,000 in December 2017, and has signed off on Roberts Bros’s proposal for the property.

Under the plans, cattle farming buildings on the land will be demolished; existing dams on the property will be incorporated into three of the new lots.

The land is owned by Rigby Station Pty Ltd, which bought it for $930,000 in December 2017.

If approved, the subdivision will be opened in three stages.

Stages one and two will include 20 lots each with the remaining 27 blocks rolled out at the end.

The proposal is another in a growing list of projects by Roberts Bros across the Gympie and Noosa region.

Its portfolio, built up over 40 years, includes 23 stages of the Noosa Outlook, the Noosa Retreat and Noosa River Park, Madill’s Toyota Showroom at Gympie, Chatsworth Premier Estate, Grange Estate, and Greendale Downs, also at Pie Creek.
