Police were called to reports of three trucks on fire on Drummond Drive, Glanmire around 12.20am on Saturday February 22.

Initial investigations indicate one truck caught fire and spread to two nearby trucks.

A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said crews were called to Drummond Dr about 12.15am following reports of multiple trucks ablaze.

“When we got there, the crews confirmed there were three trucks well involved on fire,” the spokeswoman said.

Firefighters brought the blaze under control by 12.45am and fully extinguished it by 1am.

The spokesman said the trucks were empty and at a depot.

A Queensland Police Service spokesman confirmed a crime scene had been declared, however this was no longer being treated as suspicious.
