Multi-vehicle crash in Chatsworth slows traffic on Bruce Hwy
A minibus headed south on the Bruce Hwy has narrowly avoided disaster after a car headed in the same direction collided with it.

The driver of a minibus headed towards Gympie has narrowly avoided disaster after his vehicle and another collided while heading in the same direction on the Bruce Hwy.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of the Bruce Hwy and Fritz Rd, at Chatsworth, about 2.30pm as the school pick-up rush started.
No-one was injured in the crash, in which the minibus’s rear driver’s side tyre was shredded.
The bus, from St Brendan’s College in Yeppoon, was able to come to a stop on the shoulder of the road, which was narrowed by guardrails and between the Chatsworth and Two Mile schools.
Traffic was slowed to a crawl as emergency responders worked to clear the scene.
