A man was airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital with serious back injuries this week after he fell from the horse on a farm at Wolvi.

A man was flown to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital on Tuesday after falling off a horse on a farm at Wolvi.
A LifeFlight spokesman said the chopper was called to the private property near Gympie about 8.30am.
The man, aged in his 50s, was treated for back injuries before being loaded onto the chopper, which had landed on the property near where the incident occured, and airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
