More than 70 dogs and puppies were in the running but now the votes are in and it’s time to crown Gympie’s cutest summer dog of 2023. See the top three.

More than 70 proud puppy and dog parents nominated their pampered pooches in The Gympie Times’ cutest dog poll.
The verdict is in and a winner has been chosen.
Truthfully, the real winners are all the viewers who had warm and fuzzies, heart-melting moments trying to choose which puppy was the cutest of them all.
Coming in third place, as nominated by Caroline Patricia, is Bella whose soft brown puppy dog eyes won over many voters.
Coming in second place, nominated by Emma Franz is Oreo. This pup looks like he’s about to either chew your socks up or curl up with you on the couch.
Uno the five-month-old golden retriever took out the top place.
Rachel Ritter picked up Uno from a breeder on the Gold Coast.
She described Uno as: “Kind. Friendly. Confident. KFC.”
He’s already won her 11-year-old son’s heart and taken winnings in puppy shows.
She’s hoping the adorable puppy will go on to win dog shows in the future.
Congratulations Uno.
