Excavator rolls on farm near Bells Bridge, north of Gympie
A man has been airlifted following an excavator incident on a private property north of Gympie.

An excavator driver working on a property at Bells Bridge north of Gympie has been airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a serious condition after the machinery rolled just before midday on Wednesday.
The excavator rolled onto its side while on a steep embankment injuring the operator, a man in his 60s, a statement from RACQ LifeFlight said.
Emergency services rushed to the private property, where the man suffered serious injuries to his chest and ribs, a Queensland Ambulance spokesman said.
The rescue helicopter was called to the property and landed in a paddock beside Glenhagh Rd, Bells Bridge, 15km north of Gympie.
