Curra electric shock victim flown to Brisbane hospital

A man in his 30s has been flown to hospital with serious injuries after he received an electric shock at a Curra Industrial Estate on Saturday morning.

A man in his 30s has been flown to Brisbane with serious injuries after he received an electric shock at Curra Industrial Estate.

Emergency services and a rescue helicopter were called to the scene at Moran Crescent at 8.09am on Saturday morning.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said the man received an electric shock at the site and was treated for serious head and foot injuries.

A Queensland Police spokesperson said Workplace Health and Safety were notified, but could not confirm if an investigation would take place.

He was flown to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition.
