A court heard Hill, a mother of three, was home when police executed a search warrant on the couple’s Gladstone home on August 25, around 9.30am.

During the search police located a used glass pipe in Hill’s wardrobe, which she admitted was previously used to smoke methamphetamine.

Hill said it was an old utensil they had recently found in storage, however, could not provide police a reason as to why she had not disposed of it.

Police also located two clip seal bags which contained methamphetamine residue in Hill’s makeup bag.

When questioned about the items, Hill said the two bags were used for methamphetamine and that she forgot they were in the bag as it had been in storage.

Acting Magistrate Ron Muirhead committed Goodall to the Rockhampton Supreme Court to be re-sentenced for breach of a suspended sentence.

Both Hill and Goodall were convicted and fined $600 each and both had convictions against them.
