A Central Queensland man facing more than 50 domestic violence charges has been given a date to make a bail application.
The man, who is in custody and by law cannot be named, had his matters mentioned in Gladstone Magistrates Court on Monday, July 21.
It followed a mention in the same court last week.
He is facing charges including 52 counts of contravening domestic violence orders.
On Monday the man was not required to appear in court where solicitor Jun Pepito said he had now received the briefs of evidence.
Mr Pepito asked for a further adjournment ahead of a bail application.
Magistrate Mary Buchanan adjourned the matters to August 4 for a bail application hearing with the accused to appear then via video link.
The man was remanded in custody.
