A UNIQUE piece of Raglan's history is on the market - the original Raglan Heritage School, built in 1879.
The block boasts two homes for the price of one with a high set, three bedroom home and the old school house still standing tall.
The small school has one classroom, and the three-bedroom home was likely the principal's or teacher's home at the time, Ray White property consultant Melissa O'Donovan said.
Three weeks ago the price was dropped by $70,000 taking it down to $230,000.
She said there has been plenty of interest since the price drop, even from interstate.
"I have had some interest from a couple in the Northern Territory," Ms O'Donovan said.
"There has been some teachers who have enquired about this just because of the historical side of it."
"We've also had some young families who like the space and rural living," she said.

Due to health reasons the property owners had to move to Gladstone, which prompted the decision to sell.
The family had the home for six years.
"I go out to that home quite regularly," Ms O'Donovan said.
"It's quite small, it would have been just the one classroom for the whole school back in the day."
The property is vintage and unique, with exotic fruit trees, a vegetable garden and a chook run.
It also has a full size tennis court and a turn ride on mower included in the sale.
