AN Agnes Water man is recovering in hospital after he was attacked and bitten on the face by a dog early this morning.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said paramedics responded to reports of an adult male who had been bitten by a dog just after 5am.
Paramedics treated the man in his 30s at the scene, before he was taken by ambulance to Bundaberg hospital in a stable condition.
