A man has been injured after a branch fell on him while he was cutting trees on his regional property on Sunday morning.

Paramedics rushed to Maryborough Biggenden Rd in Broweena, about 40km west of Maryborough, after a man in his 30s was injured while cutting trees on a private property.

The man sustained a shoulder injury, and was taking to Biggenden Hospital in a stable condition, an ambulance spokesperson said.
