A man has been busted twice by police in just two days for drug offences.

Bradley Steven Allard pleaded guilty to possessing drug utensils and other offences when he appeared before Hervey Bay Magistrates Court this week.

He was stopped by police at Torbanlea about 4pm on January 2 when they were carrying out patrols.

The officers noticed someone fidgeting with the centre console before they were pulled over.

Allard was the driver of the vehicle and when it was searched, scales with green leafy material, understood to be cannabis, was discovered, as well as pipes.

The next day on January 3, police were called to a traffic crash.

Allard was again behind the wheel.

Police again discovered drug items, including a clip seal bag with cannabis seeds, a bong and a cone piece.

Allard said the seeds had been in the vehicle the previous day when police searched the car, but had not been discovered.

He was fined $900 and convictions were recorded.
