Severe weather warning issued for Dalby

The Bureau of Meteorology are urging Dalby residents to exercise caution during the stormy weather.

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for southeast Queensland.

Dalby and the surrounding areas have been warned of very heavy rainfall, and thunder and lightning storms throughout Friday night.

Thunderstorms were first detected by the Bureau of Meteorology at 4:50pm today. The thunderstorms began at approximately 5:30pm and are expected to continue for most of tonight.
