Western Downs Regional Council lists properties set to be auctioned due to unpaid rates

The Western Downs Regional Council has listed a number of properties that are expected to go under the hammer next month due to unpaid home rates.
The auction will be held on Friday November 4, 2022 and will commence at 10am at Dalby Events Centre.
Those interested in the properties may conduct a ‘kerb side inspection’ only, as they are not allowed to access the homes.
All of those who wish to place a bid must register on the day of the auction between 9am and 10am.
Residents who wish to resolve the arrears, can pay their rates in full and have their property removed from the auction list.
