Police are investigating a two-car crash at an intersection of the Warrego Highway a Dalby on Saturday morning.
The crash happened at the corner of Sunrise Ave and the highway about 5.22am.
Four stable patients were transported to Dalby Hospital with minor injuries.
A Queensland Police spokesperson confirmed investigations were ongoing but no charges had yet been laid.
