ALMOST four-and-a-half years after closing its doors, the former Dalby RSL building is about to reopen to the community.
Its transformation into a retail and commercial hub has been driven by building owners Bruce White and Ian Tresillian.
"We hope the community is happy, as two local families have invested a lot of time and effort into bringing the old RSL building back to life,” Mr White said.
The first floor of the precinct will be dedicated to retail, with tenancies available ranging from small configurations to 1000sq m spaces.
The second floor will be for commercial use and first occupant, Crowe Horwath, has already moved in.
Tenancies on the second floor range in size from 90-300sq m.
"It's a grand building that's modern and will suit the needs of perspective tenants for many years to come,” Mr White said.
"All the wiring and internal features of the building have been removed and replaced, so it's brand new.”
