STUDENTS from the Dalby Academy of Dance are ready to perform for their end-of-year concerts.

On Friday, November 23 and Saturday, November 24, dancers will be twirling and leaping their way across the stage at the Dalby State High School hall.

Principal teacher Debbie Noller said for some three-year-olds it would be their first dance concert.

For those graduating this year, it will be their last.

"One of the things this year is that we've got quite a few of our senior students in Year 12 and moving on, more than we've had in previous years,” Mrs Noller said. "They're of quite a high standard.

"The last couple of years of work they've done with workshops and going away will culminate in the performances they will give this weekend.”

Classical, contemporary, jazz, tap and hip-hop dance styles will all be

performed.

Performances are at 6.30pm on Friday and Saturday.

Tickets can be bought from Creative Embroidery or at the door.
