These young guns across the Western Downs are set to lead their cohorts through a massive year in 2022. Meet all the region’s new young leaders here:

The young guns of the region have stepped up and are preparing to take on the roles of student leaders in 2022 – leading their cohorts into what is sure to be a massive year.
These young superstars have been hand-picked by their peers and teachers for outstanding leadership qualities, and they’re sure to bring big ideas to the table.
Meet the young leaders of 2022 here:
Chinchilla State High School
Chinchilla High’s leadership team for 2022 are set to shine.
Captains Keegan Luckrafty and Seraphina Dickman will be backed up by vice-captains Sterling Gleeson and Cobi Zerbst.
Miles State High School
In Miles, the class of 2022 will be led by school captains Hermionne Stapleton and Dallas Connolly.
The duo will be backed up by vice-captains Isabel Grimes and Christopher Donaldson.
Dalby State School
The young guns at Dalby State School are looking flash in their blue blazers.
School captains Jack Tyler and Sophie will be backed up by their vices Cody Threader and Hayley Schultz.
Westmar State School
Westmar’s graduating class will have an iconic duo leading them this year, with captain Daniel McDonald joined by vice-captain Thomas Valentine.
Mile State School
Miles State School will have a strong leadership team for 2022, led by captains Summa Salisbury and Jay Weeden.
They’ll be joined by sports captains Riley Brandt and Jack Kennedy for Binbian and Ainsley Volp and Samuel Loder for Cameby.
Finally, they’ll be joined by the student representatives Ellsy Walker, PJ Price, Makayla Simmons and Lulu Walker.
Chinchilla State School
Chinchilla’s graduating class of the next year will be led by captains Abby Keating and Cooper Moffat and backed up by vice-captains Harry Barber and Lilly Smith.
