Central Highlands Council auctions off land at Nogoa Rise

A range of different sized lots are available, with the biggest being up to 1300 sqm.

People interested in purchasing property in Emerald will have the chance to snap up a slice of land at an upcoming auction.

Central Highlands Regional Council will hold an auction in August, with 15 properties up for sale.

Thirteen of the properties are part of stage 2 at Nogoa Rise, located along Mayfair Drive and Milliken Street, plus an additional two properties in Moriarty Street.

Central Highlands Regional Council will auction off 13 blocks of land as part of stage two at Nogoa Rise.

The lots of land available at Nogoa Rise range from 709m2 up to 1314m2.

All lots will be auctioned off at 12.30pm on Thursday, August 12 at Emerald Town Hall.
