Ashley Ratcliff is an endurance athlete both in his physical pursuits running marathons and work endeavours. Ashley started Ricca Terra farms with his wife Holly in 2003 with the aim of growing grapes that suit a hot, dry, "Mediterranean" climate in South Australia's Riverland. Ricca Terra Farms is now a quality provider of fruit to both big "corporate" companies and individual wine makers. It also produces its own handmade wines under the Ricca Terra label.
