RESIDENTS of Gayndah came dressed to impress when they attend the RSL dinner on Saturday, November 10.
The dinner was part of the Armistice Centenary celebrations for Gayndah.
During the evening a formal dinner was held for 150 invited guests.
The meal served was similar to a menu served to the soldiers of the 49th Battalion on Saturday, March 23, 1918.
The meal consisted of roast meat, potatoes, pumpkin, beans and beetroot.
For dessert, Christmas pudding and custard was served.
The guest speaker for the night was Group Captain Guy Burton from the Royal Australian Air Force.
Officers and soldiers from 7SQN, 2CER were also in attendance.
