From beachfront units with incredible views to sprawling farmhouses with impressive architecture Bundaberg’s property market has had some stunning offerings in the past six months.
With more people flocking to the region, drawn to a coastal lifestyle with a relaxed family friendly atmosphere it’s no wonder the housing market has boomed.
Coastline Realty owner and agent Charlie Winten said the climate and affordability of the region was what made it so attractive and profitable.
“The market has definitely shifted in terms of million dollar buyers compared to three or four years ago,” Mr Winten said.
“To achieve a million dollar sale was quite a recognition but over the last two years to achieve million dollar sale is more the norm.”
Mr Winten said while there had been a migration to the region, a majority of his top sales were purchased by Queenslanders.
“You’d be quite surprised that a lot of locals are moving around in the market after selling their homes have allowed them to move up in the market,” he said.
Mr Winten said it was a good reflection of positive growth for the region.
