A stalking case involving recordings as evidence has been pushed back to next year.

A man accused of stalking contested the charges laid against him in Bundaberg Magistrates Court on Friday morning, and had a hearing date set for next year.

Clinton Andrew Rose was represented by Rian Dwyer, who sought a summary hearing date.

Mr Rose is charged with forcible entry and unlawful stalking, intimidation, harassment or abuse.

Mr Dwyer told magistrate John McInnes the hearing could take up to half a day because of the quantity of materials.

“There’s only two witnesses,” he said. “But there is a number of recordings.”

Mr McInnes adjourned the matter to April 13, 2026 for hearing.

Mr Rose’s bail was enlarged until that date.
