A man is in a critical condition after he fell from a car on a bridge in Bundaberg on Wednesday.
The Forensic Crash Unit are appealing for witnesses especially those with dash cam vision to come forward following the serious traffic incident.
According to a statement from the Queensland Police Service, initial information indicates just before 11am a red 2009 Hyundai Getz hatchback was travelling north along the Tallon Bridge when a male passenger fell from the vehicle sustaining critical head injuries.
The driver of the vehicle, a Bundaberg North woman, 38, and bystanders immediately stopped to render the man first aid ahead of the emergency response.
The 37-year-old Bundaberg North man remains in a critical condition.
Investigators are also seeking dashcam vision of the moments leading up to the incident and the vehicle driving along Takalvan Street prior to 11am.
