The Queensland Premier was in Bundaberg to reveal a $12m boost for a school’s new trades workshop, to make it easier for students to “get on the tools” after graduation.
The show’s attractions in 2023 include an Old Macdonald’s farm, a lego tent and various funtime amusement rides, which include the Mega Twister, Jumping castle, mouse maze, cars double lane slide, and the mechanical bull.
Money is being raised to support the family of a young motorcyclist who was a “friend to many” after he was tragically killed in a crash near Bundaberg.
“Queenslanders have been at the forefront of this pandemic, managing the health impacts and keeping community transmission away from places like Bundaberg,” the Minister said.
