K & L Steinhardt Holdings Pty Ltd submitted the development application on July 24, which has been reviewed and granted approval following a series of procedural steps.

The approved proposal includes a Material Change of Use for a mixed-use project encompassing Commercial Activity B (Snack Bar), Commercial Activity C (Showroom, Bulky Goods Retail, Sales Hire), and Industry Light (Warehouse and Vehicle Repair).

The development covers a site area of 5283 square metres and features a gross floor area of 2073 square metres.

The project will consist of two commercial buildings designed to accommodate four or five tenants.

Details of the development include a maximum building height of 7.4m, site coverage of 39 per cent, and the provision of 54 parking spaces, including four disabled parking bays.

The site will also feature a sealed driveway in compliance with the Planning Scheme Policy for Development Works and landscaped areas totalling 501sq m.

Operating hours for the proposed development will be 8am-5pm Monday to Saturday, and 9am-4pm on Sundays.

The development is located near existing properties such as the BMG dealership and Bunnings Warehouse.
