A multi-vehicle crash in Brisbane’s south has resulted in traffic banked up along a major motorway to the CBD.

The accident happened southbound on the Pacific Motorway near the Marshall Rd off-ramp at Greenslopes about 3.50pm.

Initial reports suggested the collision was between a truck and a car.

A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesman said two crews had been called to the scene.

A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said police were also attending.

Traffic has been banked up from the crash all the way back onto the Riverside Expressway through the Brisbane CBD.
