Property Council of Australia NT and Simple Finance Solutions open joint office in Fannie Bay

The Property Council of Australia’s Northern Territory division has taken a “significant” step forward following the launch of its newest office in collaboration with Simple Finance Solutions.

The Property Council of Australia’s Northern Territory (PCA NT) division has taken a “significant” step forward as a member-based organisation, executive director Ruth Palmer announced in late November, following the grand opening of its newest joint office in Fannie Bay.

NT Treasurer Bill Yan cut the ribbon to officially open the office.

Cutting the ribbon at the grand opening was of PCA NT and Simple Finance Solutions’ new office was NT Treasurer, Minister for Infrastructure and Logistics and Housing Bill Yan.

Interim Territory Coordinator Stuart Knowles was also present at the opening late last year.

Ms Palmer, who has served in her role as executive director for nearly 10 years, said the new space would allow her to “better serve members” and “strengthen our collective voice in the Territory.”

“Our growth and ability to seize new opportunities are driven by partnerships, collaboration, and our commitment to advocacy,” she said.

“I’m also delighted that our partnership with Paspalis (a Territory investment company) remains strong, offering us access to a city hub as part of our longstanding relationship.

“Together, these two spaces give us the flexibility to conduct meetings, host events, and foster connections across the NT.”
