POLICE are investigating the theft of a mob of sheep from a property at Cunningham, west of Warwick.

Sometime during the evening August 28, a vehicle was parked directly outside a property on Leyburn Cunningham Rd.

Unknown offenders have targeted a small mob of sheep yarded on the property and loaded five ewes and five lambs into their vehicle.

Police are requesting information from anyone who may have sighted suspicious activity in the vicinity of Cunningham on or around August 28 or anyone may be aware of a person who has recently acquired sheep by an unknown means or advertised a small number of sheep for sale.
