Motorcyclist dies after crashing into pole at Cessnock
A motorcyclist has died after his vehicle left the road and crashed into a telegraph pole in the Hunter Valley overnight.

A 32-year-old motorcyclist has died after crashing into a telegraph pole in the Hunter Valley.
Emergency services were called to Maitland Rd, Cessnock following reports of a crash at 7.20pm Thursday night.
Officers who arrived at the scene found a motorcycle had left the road way and collided with a telegraph pole.
The rider, 32, was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, however he died at the scene.
Police are investigating the incident and will prepare a report for the coroner.
