James Joseph Francer charged with commercial drug supply and dealing with proceeds of crime
A routine vehicle stop in the Central Coast has allegedly unearthed a motherload, from more than one kilogram of meth, to $15,000 in cash - with the driver now facing close to 40 charges.

A man allegedly found with more than 1kg of methylamphetamine and $15,000 cash has been charged with 36 offences following a routine vehicle stop.
James Joseph Francer, 43, was hit with the slew of charges including supply prohibited drug greater than or equal to large commercial quantity, knowingly deal with proceeds of crime, possess ammunition without holding licence/permit/authority, and acquire ammunition subject to prohibition order following the vehicle stop and search in a Warnervale on Wednesday.
About 9am, police stopped Francer’s vehicle and allegedly located and seized approximately 1.157kg methylamphetamine, 6g of cannabis, electronics, and $15,370 in cash.
Francer’s passenger, a 38-year-old woman, was also arrested and taken to Wyong Police Station.
She was later released without charge.
A short time later, police executed a search warrant at a Stockton home, where they allegedly located and seized approximately 130g methylamphetamine, a paintball rifle, ammunition, and $140,270 cash.
Francer did not apply for bail and will be back in court on August 5.
